Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- To complete your refund or replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Request should be made within 1 hour after the delivery.
Refund
Once we receive your request and if you are eligible, then your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days and the credit will automatically applied to your original method of payment.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Please do not send the items back to us.
- Delivery charges and/or any other convenience charges are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
